Because of the personalized nature of our work, refunds are not our first solution — revisions are.

• 🖼️ You’ll receive a preview before final delivery

• ✏️ We make adjustments based on your feedback (style, details, likeness, etc.)

When Are Refunds Issued?

Refunds are only issued if:

• We are unable to reasonably deliver the promised artwork

• A technical or production issue prevents completion of your order

Refunds are not issued once a final approved artwork has been delivered.
